How we work

There are no tailor made solutions when it comes to financial planning, each one has to be prepared based on upon a detailed understanding of each client’s personal circumstances.  The need therefore to spend time to get to know the client is perhaps the most important stage in this whole process as it is at this stage when the needs and objectives of the client would be established.

This initial consultation is free with no obligation on either side as it would only be at the conclusion of this consultation that the next steps could be agreed and would include the following:

    • Payment for services
    • Prioritising financial planning requirements
    • Agreeing a budget
    • Agreeing a timescale
    • Scheduling the next meeting

The next phase is for us to prepare a client specific report, which contains our recommendations we feel will assist our clients in achieving their personal objectives which have been identified together. 

Once these recommendations have been fully discussed, considered and agreed, we then assist our clients by implementing the personal financial solutions we have created for them. 

We are confident that by working together, we are able to offer our clients a bespoke financial solution that will satisfy their requirements, not only in the short term, but going forwards also.

Ongoing Service

What might be a suitable course of action initially may not be so a year or two afterwards. Changes in personal circumstances or new legislation will further create the need to re-evaluate the current position at that point in time and ensure that plans remain on target and intact.

The need for a regular review and appraisal of client circumstances makes our ongoing role as a dependable professional adviser particularly important. 

Our clients genuinely value continuity and the benefits of being able to speak directly to people who they know personally and who have a detailed understanding of their requirements.
